Financial Literacy Program

If you need some help creating a spending and savings plan for your household, if you want to learn new ways to increase your income or if you just want to refresh your memory on how to save money, then HRDC’s Financial Literacy Classes are just what you need. The classes are conducted by HRDC’s Asset Development Director at HRDC’s main office at 125 Virginia Ave. The six (6) hour course has been broken down into either three (3) 2-hour session during the day or evening. The sessions are progressive so attendance each week is a requirement. Attendees must register in advance for the classes.
