Mobility Management

The Mobility Management Program is a newly developed program that HRDC has partnered with several local agencies to provide.

HRDC works with existing transportation providers to expand transportation options and identify new resources to better meet the non-emergency health and human service transportation needs of qualified residents, especially the elderly and those with low incomes.

This program educates consumers on working within the existing transportation options, provides bus vouchers for qualified applicants, utilizes AllTrans when needed for eligible applicants and cab vouchers when all other options have been exhausted.

Referrals are accepted only from participating agencies. A 72-hour referral notice for non-emergency health and human service transportation is required. There is also a 24 hour cancellation notice, if possible.
